Monaco opens new Honorary Consulate in Warsaw

On 21 October 2025, H.E. Mr Lorenzo Ravano, Ambassador of Monaco to Poland, accompanied by Mr Andrea Colombo-Pastorelli, First Secretary, visited Warsaw to inaugurate Monaco’s new Honorary Consulate, covering the entire territory of Poland.
The Embassy and the new Honorary Consul, Mr Mikołaj Pietrzak, hosted a dinner reception at the celebrated Belvédère restaurant in the Orangery of Łazienki Park. Around sixty guests attended, including former Minister of Justice Mr Adam Bodnar, members of the Polish Senate, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish Chamber of Commerce, tech industry leaders, and diplomats and consular staff based in Warsaw.
In his speech, H.E. Mr Lorenzo Ravano spoke about the long-standing diplomatic relations between the Principality of Monaco and the Republic of Poland, and pointed to recent economic initiatives developed in collaboration with the Monaco Economic Board and the Polish Chamber of Commerce. He also paid tribute to Mr Tomasz Wardynski, Mr Pietrzak’s predecessor, who served as Monaco’s Honorary Consul in Warsaw from 2008 to 2025.
